Currently, Kerr Roofing and Sheetmetal primarily subcontracts their commercial projects. However, we have set a goal to obtain the necessary licensing to perform commercial work directly in the future. Despite the subcontracting arrangement, we ensure compliance with all permit requirements and are equipped to handle various commercial roofing services, including TPO, modified bitumen, PVC, coping, edge metal, and even on-site fabrication. Kerr Roofing and Sheetmetal remains committed to expanding their capabilities to serve the commercial roofing needs of their clients effectively.
